Laptop Stolen With Oregon HIV Patients Details

Details:
The Ecumenical Ministries of Oregon’s HIV Day Center, in Northeast Portland, found the door to their office forced open Tuesday morning. A computer that contains a database of patients who use the center was  stolen along with mail and other equipment. 300-400 HIV patient’s records  were on a laptop that was stolen.
